About Me

Katherine has lived with her family in Westchester for over 25 years. Having enjoyed the creative energy of NYC, she and her husband started a family-owned real estate development business in Westchester and began renovating homes in several municipalities, before settling in Armonk to raise their two children.With her experience in new construction and property renovation, she has developed a keen eye for accurately valuing properties and is able to offer valuable design and condition solutions before the marketing begins, which positions a seller's property for a timely and well-priced sale. She provides timely and reliable information, which is critical to making informed decisions when buying or selling real estate. She knows the nuances of strategizing negotiations and prides herself in providing professional guidance to negotiate the greatest value for her clients in every transaction. She recognizes and values the trust and confidence her clients place in her and strives with each transaction to exceed their expectations.

Community Involvement

COMMUNITY/VOLUNTEERINGKatherine has found meaningful ways to help others. In the past, she was the art director at the Byram Hills Preschool Association. She has been a long time, and currently active volunteer, and mentor at the Pleasantville Cottage School. She contributes time and resources to the Community Center of Northern Westchester, the Chabad of Bedford, and Habitat for Humanity.

Personal Interests

TALENTS & LEISUREKatherine has been a dedicated artist & painter for most of her life. She has shown her work in several exhibitions in NYC and across the United States. Her work has been purchased by many private and public collections. She was the founder of the Armonk Art Barn, teaching afterschool drawing and painting classes to local budding artists. She maintains an art studio in an 1890 barn, at her home in Armonk. When she finds the time, she enjoys playing tennis with her children, hiking, and cross-country skiing.
